The moment your parcel leaves us, we email you a tracking link. That link is the quickest way to see where your order is and when it will arrive.

Can't find the email?

Have a look in your spam or promotions folder for a message from Eroticon. If you have an account, you can also see every order and its status on your account page.

Tracking hasn't moved?

Parcels sometimes sit quietly in a depot for a day or two. If there has been no update for five working days, send us your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

If a parcel is lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full. The goods are our responsibility until they reach you.
