We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery options and prices

When we dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed later go out on the next working day. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking link.
Parcels to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isles of Scilly, and AB, DD, FK, PH and TD postcodes travel with Royal Mail. Next-day delivery can't be guaranteed to these areas.
Discreet packaging
Every order is sent in plain outer packaging. Nothing on the outside of the parcel shows what is inside.
If your parcel is late or lost
The goods remain our responsibility until they reach you. If your tracking hasn't moved for five working days, email info@eroticon.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier. If the parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery, which may cost extra.
