Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from eroticon.co.uk. Please read them before you place an order. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Eroticon Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15563654). Registered office: 9a Wick Road Business Park, Wick Road, Burnham-On-Crouch, Essex, CM0 8FA, United Kingdom. Email: info@eroticon.co.uk.
2. Adults only
Our products are for adults. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may cancel an order if we have reason to believe it was placed by someone under 18.
3. How the contract is made
When you place an order, we email you to confirm that we have received it. This email is not yet an acceptance. The contract between you and us is made when we email you to say that your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, we will tell you and you will not be charged, or you will be refunded in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we find an obvious pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. The goods are your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us, or to someone you nominate.
6. Cancelling and returns
You can cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. Sealed products that have been opened after delivery can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Faulty goods and your legal rights
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. If something is wrong with your order, our Refund Policy explains what to do. For detailed information about your rights, contact Citizens Advice (UK) or the consumer centre in your country (EU).
8. Using our products
Please read the instructions and safety information supplied with each product, and use it only as intended. Product descriptions and pictures are as accurate as we can make them, but packaging and colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that breach. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are sold for private use only. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Using this website
Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security, scraping it or uploading harmful code. The content of this website, including text and images, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied without permission.
12. Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, email info@eroticon.co.uk. We aim to reply within two working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
13. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country and can bring proceedings in your local courts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
