Delivery and returns
What you order is nobody's business but yours. Here is exactly what happens between checkout and your front door.
The parcel
Every order goes out in a plain outer box or mailing bag. There is no logo, no product name and no picture on the outside, so your postman sees an ordinary online order, nothing more.
The journey
Your parcel travels with an everyday carrier such as Royal Mail or DPD. As soon as it leaves us, we email you a tracking link.
